Friday . Arrival .

​Arrival at th​e “TreeHouse” introduction to accommodations and logistics with Eva & Trees.

​Saturday  . Release .

8:30 am - Breakfast is included and based on personal dietary needs and seasonal fresh foods. 9:00 - 11:00 am Opening Ceremony with Trees and Eva on the land. This is a short hike/walk to one of the most beautiful spots in Sedona. You will set your intentions and release the energies that no longer serve you with the support of the drum. 11:00 -1:00 pm Lunch on your own & Sacred Time* 1:00 – 3:00 pm Counseling Session with Eva 3:00 pm – Reflective Time 5:00 pm – Massage with Eva’s personal therapist Evening: Reflection Assignment, dinner on your own, great night’s sleep​ “I am releasing all physical, emotional and mental energies that are not in alignment with my highest good.” ​

Tuesday ​. Departure .

8:30 am - Breakfast 9:00 am - Closing Ceremony - Returning to the land to set your intentions for day to day life. 11:00 am – Departure with clear focus on your new commitment to self and how to allow your day to day to serve your highest good! "Take your awakening into the world..."

Please Note:

​Must be 18 years of age to attend retreat. No childcare is provided, if you need assistance with finding childcare please contact us  and we will put you in contact with potential support. Nursing infants are welcome to attend.

Recommended readings prior to any retreat: "Love is Letting Go of Fear" by Gerald Jampolsky.
Further recommendations will be made when you design your retreat.

A list of suggested items to bring will be emailed to you upon scheduling. Please check weather as your visit draws near.
Weather will dictate outside activities. Special physical needs can be accommodated.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your dates/room/session. The balance is due upon check-in.
