Personal Offerings
Weekly one-on-one sessions to offer a safe space for you to check in with yourself, listen to your own truths, engage in self-reflection, and receive compassionate support that helps expand your perspective.
Our Work Together:First, you should know that nothing is off the table.
For more than 17 years, I’ve supported people through just about every area of life—from relationships, family and intimacy to career changes, business decisions, loss, personal transformation and spiritual growth. You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have your story organized. And you definitely don’t need to figure out what’s “wrong” before we talk. My job is to listen deeply, ask questions, help you recognize patterns you may not be able to see on your own, and sometimes challenge you to look at something from a completely different perspective. I’m also very transparent. I may share something from my own life or, anonymously, something I’ve learned through working with another client—not because our stories are ever exactly the same, but because sometimes it helps to remember: You’re not the only one. And you don’t have to figure everything out alone. Our sessions are conversational and very personal. There isn’t a script or a predetermined curriculum because no two people—and no two weeks of your life—are exactly alike. One week we may be talking about your relationship. The next, a decision at work. Another week we may be exploring an old belief that keeps showing up, working on boundaries, talking about something you’re trying to manifest, or simply figuring out why you feel the way you do. And I won’t just listen and send you on your way. I’ll give you practical tools to use in your everyday life. Depending on what you need, that may include meditation, journaling, movement, gratitude, communication practices, or simply doing something differently than you’ve been doing it. Because the real work doesn’t happen only during the hour we spend together. It happens in your life. My practice is available for individuals, couples, teens, families, and friends. |
Is this right for you?You don’t have to believe exactly what I believe to work together.
My clients come from different cultures, backgrounds, identities and belief systems. Some have a traditional relationship with God. Others connect through Spirit, nature, science, energy or collective consciousness. What matters is an openness to the possibility that there is something greater than us and a willingness to explore what that means for you. We look at your life as a whole—spiritual, mental, physical and emotional—and begin creating loving practices that support all four. |
If You Are...1. Willing to look at yourself honestly.
Real change requires participation. You have to be willing to do the work—not perfectly, but consistently. Sometimes that means journaling. Sometimes meditation. Sometimes having the conversation you’ve been avoiding, changing a habit, moving your body, or doing something that makes you a little uncomfortable. 2. Open to something greater. You don’t need a particular religion or spiritual practice. You simply need curiosity about a connection beyond yourself. If you can bring these two things, we have somewhere to begin. |
